When you contact us, request a project quote, or place an order, we collect: name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, project details, and country. We do not collect or store payment card data; all payments are processed by Stripe.

Automatically Collected

Server logs and analytics may collect: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, session duration, and referring URL. This data is used to improve our site and is not linked to personally identifiable information.

• Delivering the digital design services you ordered
• Communicating about project progress and deliverables
• Processing payments via Stripe

• Maintaining business and financial records as required by US law

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: Stripe (payment processing), cloud storage services (for project delivery), and email providers (transactional messages). We may disclose data if required by law.

• Active project data: retained during the project and for 12 months after delivery
• Financial records: 7 years for US tax compliance
• Inquiry data not resulting in a project: 6 months

All data is transmitted via SSL. Access to project data is restricted to team members who need it. No security system is perfect, but we take proportionate care.
