Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want every project to be worth the investment. Our refund policy is stage-based and transparent so you know exactly what applies at any point in the engagement.

2. Full Refund

A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND no work has started. Email billing@thehollowdesigns.com with subject "Cancellation Request" within that window.

3. Partial Refund Schedule

Less than 25% project completion: 60% refund
25% to 50% completion: 30% refund
Over 50% completion: No refund; we complete the project to the agreed scope.

Project completion percentage is documented in our project management system and provided on request.

4. After Delivery

Once deliverables have been sent and acknowledged, refunds are not issued for a change of mind. If a deliverable clearly fails to match its documented scope, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it or issue a refund in clear cases of non-delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Support hours where sessions have been completed
Add-on deliverables already produced and sent
Requests made more than 14 days after project delivery

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@thehollowdesigns.com with subject "Refund Request"
Include your name, email, order date, and reason
We acknowledge within 1 business day and decide within 3 business days
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days
